At PrimeCartify, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personalized/customized items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
